Return Policy

  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
  • All we ask is that you drop us an email or our social Media platform along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
  • We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our store in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
  • Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products! So please reach out if you need assistance. 
  • Flora does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
