Return Policy

For Your Satisfaction, Please Inspect Your Package while the Delivery Person is Present. Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately.
If you receive a damaged product, please call us right away at 01706 304040 or send us a message on our social media along with a photo or video. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement piece.
We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our store in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products! So please reach out if you need assistance.
