Return Policy
- Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!
- All we ask is that you drop us an email or our social Media platform along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
- We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our store in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
- Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products! So please reach out if you need assistance.
- Flora does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy
Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-5 days to deliver via our logistics partners.
Customers can change their address by communicating with us. If the product is not dispatched only then we can change the location and deliver to the desired address.
Flora is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partners system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must contact your courier partner’s office for further assistance.
Once we hand over the package to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you cannot find it or your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.
Delivery charge is defined as BDT 70 inside Dhaka, BDT 85 in the sub-area near Dhaka, and BDT 120 outside Dhaka.
