Return Policy

• For Your Satisfaction, Please Inspect Your Package while the Delivery Person is Present. Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately.
  
  
• If you receive a damaged product, please call us right away at 01706 304040 or send us a message on our social media along with a photo or video. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement piece.
  
  
• We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our store in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
  
  
• Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products! So please reach out if you need assistance.
  
  
• Flora BD does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Our delivery charges are as follows: BDT 80 within Dhaka, BDT 100 in nearby Sub-areas and BDT 130 for locations outside Dhaka.

Once you place an order, we begin processing it right away for shipment. If you need to change your order details or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the information only if the product has not yet been dispatched, and deliver it to your desired address.

You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-2 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-5 days to deliver via our logistics partners.

Flora BD is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Once we hand over the package to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you that much! If your tracking SMS says your package has been delivered and you cannot find it or your package is delayed, please contact us or you can also call the courier partner whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.
